Another service we provide is our half day seminar. Our goal is to offer our clients a concise, highly effective, powerful presentation that will draw all the pieces of our Medical 4 Profit Billing System® together. We promise not to disappoint.
When clients first begin to implement our Medical 4 Profit Billing System®, it typically takes one of our half day seminars to pull everything together for them. The reason for this is quite simple. Our Medical 4 Profit Billing System® is a multi-stepped process. It requires time and effort. Not everyone is willing to invest the time and effort, but for those who are willing to work the system, our system will work!
Our process takes time because healthcare providers, their staff, billers and patients all need to be re-educated. Initially, the staff begins to learn what is required of them to do the billing properly while the patients are beginning to learn that their years of “free” or “just send me a bill” days are over. Re-education takes time. It should take time.
We find that we have to implement our strategies slowly because most people are reluctant to change. They’ll do it, but most will only do it at a very slow pace. It’s been our experience that the majority of medical offices will take at least 6 months before the fundamentals of our billing strategies are, for the most part, a solid part of the client's billing system. It is usually at this 6 month mark that these offices use our seminar to draw things together for them so as to enable them to push forward full steam ahead.
We need at least 30 people in your area to make it feasible for us to sponsor a seminar. Simply e-mail us with your name and address, telling us of your interest in our seminar. When we have compiled a list of those in your area who are interested in our seminar, we’ll give you the needed information.
